Field Recovery is a Chrome extension that saves text you type into web form fields so you can recover it after a page refresh, crash, or a form that fails to save. The short version: everything stays on your own computer, it is encrypted, and nothing is ever sent to us or to anyone else.

the last-updated time. Not collected: Password fields are never recorded (password, one-time-code, and payment-card inputs are excluded). No browsing history, no analytics, no telemetry, no ads, no account, no personal profile.

The extension requests only what it needs: storage (save encrypted

sites you visit (to capture and restore text in forms on any site you type in). It
uses no remote code.
Field Recovery is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children.
